Stuff we need – pls help out!
TAA wishlist
* We need to get hold of furniture for the building to create the café space and other communal areas.
Please be on the lookout for old sofas, chairs, tables, rugs, mats, mattresses, bean bags, inflatable chairs,
big cushions etc.
* Extension cables!
* Bins!
* Items for the junk fashion show such as bubble wrap, old tents and other fabrics that
can be cut up, industrial fabrics, newspaper, wire, cardboard, gaffer tape, scissors, staplers
and staples, string, anything that can be stapled or stuck together to create junk fashion-
use your imagination!
* Nails, hammers, other tools, torches, toilet roll, cleaning stuff, mops, brushes etc.
* We need items for the café including cutlery, gas rings for cooking, cleaning stuff, cloths, tea towels.
* Everyone keep your eyes on your local freecycle/green cycle groups, charity shops,
community furniture projects, skips etc.
* We have a team of people with vans and we have storage space before the event so we
can start collecting things now! Please get in touch if you have items to donate that need
collecting/storing.
Skills and help we need
* People with vans that can help us moving items like furniture, stage equipment, café equipment etc
* Skilled electricians and plumbers
